• Identify and describe patient comfort and care devices
  and their uses

• Understand sterilization process of hospital equipment

• Describe different methods of sterilization

• Assist the nurse with autoclaving process of hospital
  equipment

• Assist the nurse with measuring height and weight of a
  patient

• Assist the nurse with measuring vital signs of a
  patient

• Identify any abnormalities in vital signs of a patient
  and report to the nurse

• Understand the importance of quick response to a
  patient’s call

• Describe actions to be taken during hourly visits

• Describe the different methods used in drug
  administration 

• Assist the nurse with arranging equipment for drug
  administration process

• Assist the nurse with transporting specimen to various
  departments
